Shipping Policy

Many of our items are made to order & will take time to be created. Please see the individual listing details for an estimate of processing times. If you require an item more urgently, please contact us before placing an order, we will do our best to help if we can.

Once your order is ready it will be posted the next working day using 1st Class Royal Mail. Normally items using this service are delivered within 2 working days but please be patient as this can vary depending on how busy the service is, industrial action etc.

Postage costs are calculated according to the size & weight of the order & free for orders over £100

Items are safely & attractively packaged using recycled or recyclable materials.

Items can be sent as a gift to a different address. Please let me know at checkout if you would like to add a gift message to the order.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, from Happy Hedgehog Designs, but please contact us if there are any issues & we will do our best to help. Most of our items are made to order and can take time to make. Please
see the information given on each listing to get an estimate of how long it will take us to make the item & send it out to you. If you require something urgently please contact us before purchase.

Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of the item being ordered unless it has already been posted.

Returns are accepted except for personalised items which includes items made with adjustments to a standard size. Please inform us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item or request an exchange. The item should be posted back to us (at the buyers expense) within 28 days. A refund of the original purchase price, excluding postage costs will be made when the goods are received back in resalable condition.

If an item is faulty please contact us & we will arrange for a refund or a replacement to be sent at no extra cost to you, the customer. We will arrange for you return the original faulty item to us.
