• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Return requests must be made within 28 days of receipt.
